Welcome to the High School at the Antwerp International School (AIS). The High School programme at AIS offers the Cambridge International Examinations (IGCSE) in grades 9 and 10 and the International Baccalaureate Diploma programme in grades 11 and 12.
In addition to earning the AIS High School diploma, students also pursue the IB full diploma or individual IB certificates, giving them an academic passport for admittance to the best universities and colleges throughout the world.
AIS’s IGCSE and IB curricular offerings ensure a challenging, stimulating learning environment for students at all levels of study and personal development and can accommodate EAL students throughout the programme.
Our High School is committed to the development of the “whole person” and we offer a holistic educational experience where students’ talents, skills and interests can be developed. Our classrooms provide a child-centred learning environment where our students are engaged and challenged to develop essential critical thinking skills. All of this occurs in a friendly, caring environment which is underpinned by relationships built upon the school’s ARCH policy (Accountability, Respect, Consideration and Honesty).
